Experience Sharing - family constellation-

I believe that Family Constellation can show us different perspectives on human relationships and it is my hope to share this modality with many people. I will include some experiential exercises to grasp what this modality is about and how it works. I will also share the experiences of my training in Turkey taught by Svagito. 

What to Expect:

- Sharing of my training in Turkey regarding family constellation

- Sharing of some observation of sessions & what I have learnt from them

- Some basic concept of family constellation

- Some experiential activities to “feel” the session & the concept of family constellation

- Some snacks & sharing

Note: This is not a workshop/training of the constellation

What to bring: 

- Bring your own pen &  note book for you to take some notes when needed

- Wear something comfortable to sit down for 2hrs30mins (there will be some chairs prepared but the set up is maily sitting on the floor).

Who is the facilitator:  Haruka is a dedicated body talk/ reiki/sound/yoga/meditation/soul mandala artist for over 10 years. She has always been looking for the way to see the world as is and this deep longing has led her to explore various methods to know Self.

More than 10 years, she has been taking her spiritual journey at ashrams and temples in India, France, Thailand and Japan. 9 years of teaching experiences in France and Singapore in both private and group settings.

Certified yoga and meditation teacher (500/ 1700 hrs)/ yoga therapist/ reiki master/ singing bowl sound therapist/ language of Light/ BodyTalk practitioner.
