Breathwork & Somatic Movement
Breathwork trains us to regulate our nervous system (sympathetic & para-sympathetic). By stretching and regulating our breath, we are more aware of our physical and mental states that help us to be in control of how we respond to day-to-day stress and difficult situations.
What is Breathwork?
Somatic movement or yoga balances, harmonizes and align our body and mind. It is an ancient art to understand, to observe and to experience the embodiment of our body, mind and emotions.
Often, our emotions and energetic blockages are trapped in our muscle, organs, endocrines and other parts of the body. Somatic movement/yoga is there to release these trapped energy to be in touch with our own body-mind and to feel safe in our own body.
